Who I Am and What I Do

My name is Dee short for Dee-lightful, born in the UK and moved to Canada in 1994.

After moving to BC I started a career as a Flight Attendant and now after almost 29 years of service, I am still flying the skies and being of service to people every day.

Being in a service-related industry is what I am all about. My passion and drive fulfill me to my core. I suppose that’s where Reiki came into play. I was introduced by a neighbor to a wonderful Reiki Master teacher named Sonya Roy from Montreal who was teaching a Reiki course.

I also started attending meditation evenings learning how to quiet my mind and balance myself. After all, being in a fast-paced career and having an outgoing upbeat personality I needed to find my inner peace like Yin is to Yang.

I then took my USUI Reiki Level 1 and 2 graduating in July of 2018. I was one of the first students Sonya had taught that actually had completed all 24 case studies within 6 weeks. Something unheard of.

I am so humbled and grateful to have found another true calling. Thank you to my family and friends who have supported me in this journey and I thank God for blessing me with this gift.
